As par corrective limit rules the maximum correction should be limited within 10750 around and might get stronger if price sustains over 11022 and get over above 11250. Considering this we can expect high volatility but less of fall and fast pullback as and when the correction gets over.  This is based on the present structure understanding. So, October 2018 is likely to be good! 

EOD analysis of Nifty Spot

Nifty is falling again and have made a fresh low for the month.  Looks like the earlier parallel channel is inviting nifty. It's still getting sold on rallies till we get a bias change confirmation above previous day high. If the black trendline breaks, we may wee 10500 around next week itself to the blue trendline

Labelling later. the correction has a total of 35 days in hand and the minimum retracement target is 10677.75. So, all looks set to achieve as time is in favour and 10929 minus more weakness starts.

One hour chart shows that a-wave down after x-wave from 11523.25 is just about complete or about to be completed with one more move down as a bow-tie diametric.  135-324 points up move may come at some point of time tomorrow.  The upmove will have resistances at b-d trendline and 0-x trendline.   We have to keep a close eye.

The 0-b channel has been broken today which Nifty Spot held yesterday. Weak below 10929 only and very strong support near 10800. 17 days from the Top and the correction can take 35 days also. Till the time limit gets over Nifty will have the risk of retracing the whole c-wave from 10677.75 also which could translate into a bear market. Now, Nifty is getting OS in Daily / Hourly and even Weekly / Monthly is at a reasonable level from the overbought situation.  It can make another low closer to the last low of 10866.45 as well if sustains below 10929.  Otherwise, we may get some pullback soon and this a-leg after the x-wave is about to get over soon.  The safe trades are generally when a close above previous day happens in a downtrend. Anticipatory longs can be initiated with low risk close to 10900 levels positionally or at the change of bias.

The time limit allows Nifty to go down upto 10500 levels too, which is another parallel trend line support. The main chart will change if such retracement happens. Oversold bounces can keep coming. Any pullback also remains risky till the time limit gets over or we sustain above 50% retracement levels of the total fall or above the start point of x-wave at 11523.25.

The sharp fall and pullback suggest a panic bottom probability. The retracement has started and retracement of x-a from 11523.25 to 10866.45 and the 0-x trendline resistance will give the hint of the nature of the second corrective. Once that is found out the rest of the details can be worked out. 11195 / 11273 / 11392 are key resistances and 11117-11156 Strong Support.

0-b Line got broken today which is the first stage of confirmation and next stage of confirmation is a full retracement of c-leg up to 10677 in lesser time. The corrective down move now has to retrace 10677 in another 22 days while it has completed 16 days to today.  If that happens we have started the bear market already.

Nifty Spot has reached 50 DMA support and today is the 2nd day of the fall from 11523.25 and we have seen a pullback for 2 days after a fall of 3 days. The pullbacks came about at some point of the third day. Expect a pullback some point of time tomorrow if Nifty chooses to follow the same as before rule. It seems 11250 will be broken for sure.   So, we can expect a pullback tomorrow at some point of time or Friday,   Thursday is a holiday. The pullback will confirm the structure.

In all probabilities, the last rally was an x-wave up completed yesterday at 11523.25 and a fresh down move has started. If Nifty Spot fails to recover above 11404 then this fall may extend tomorrow and if the fall extends also the first resistance of pullbacks will be 11404 in such a case. The fall has been of 156.35 points till date. Going by the previous falls we have observed a minimum 3 days falls have happened always so if no recovery is made tomorrow the fall may extend up to Wednesday. Lower side support is around 11305 and thereafter 11165-11171.  T/L and Gann Support are below it closer to 11100.

Price Target of this correction is a break of the 0-b trendline first and the red line below at about 10859. We are also observing 2-3 days of fall and 2 days of pullbacks. Nifty has now entered a tough resistance Zone and 10790-10850 is a huge resistance Zone. 10650 plus resistance keeps increasing. So the movement will be highly volatile in this  Zone till the supply is absorbed entirely.  FII's have been selling is cash continuously so caution is needed in this zone for the Index. Above 10850 only Nifty becomes stronger. Downside 10500 is strong support.

40/43 days fall is now being retracted and we have completed 15 days from our chart completion bottom.  We can assume Nifty has completed the a-leg of this up-move near 10638 and formed a double top resistance.  Now history shows us 3 weeks of consolidation near 10600-10650 zone before the fall down to 9950(Approx) so we can expect 2/3 weeks of time spending near the zone.  The Monthly higher low is also pending for Nifty for the Month of June. 10400-10450 huge support and 10600-10650 is huge resistance and some time spending is needed in the zone. the unconfirmed b-leg correction can take 13 days or more like first a-leg up

Nifty Spot is clearly struggling as before at 10600-10650 range.   Banknifty is unable to get above 25000-25350.  Under the circumstances, a Struggling Nifty / Banknifty may show weakness and retrace somewhat during the month of May 2018 and we may see some movement later.  Nothing very clear till now Let us wait and watch.Break of 10500 level should be good for some pullback and breakdown below 24700 will bring further weakness in Banknifty.

Nifty very overbought in Hourly and Daily and hence may remain in 150-200 point trading range for sometime before breaking out again.   The x-wave top of 10478.60 needs to be crossed once at least before 8 days maximum and moving above will bring in further highs.

Update on Nifty Spot

10442 is the Critical resistance for Nifty Spot for the Month and Nifty is quite overbought. So sidewise to high volatility expected for next 2-4 days till the OB is somewhat neutralized.  Now the index is "buy on dips" clearly. 10479 plus sustenance is key from here.

Nifty Spot Alternate situation as on Midday 10-4-2018

The Second corrective after X-wave from 10478.60 had probably formed an extracting triangle and the correction got completed at 10111.30 on the 4th of April, 2018.  Final confirmation needed when Nifty crosses the X-wave commencement point at 10478.60 and sustains.  At present handling the OB situation with time correction without much price damage.

Update on Nifty

The way the technicals are improving it needs one more confirmation to sustain above 10479 to indicate the correction was indeed completed on the 4th of April and now we are in the a-leg of the first bull run again!  Other than overbought (in Hourly and Daily) no major issues till now!

EOD Analysis Nifty Spot as on 6-4-2018

 In the chart, the first correction was a truncated ZZ and after an x-wave 2nd corrective is now ongoing. The second leg of correction is happening as a Flat or triangle or it may even be diametric. The a-leg of the second corrective was 8 days and yesterday we probably have ended the b-leg of correction in 8 days (Confirmation needed!).  In 1-2 weeks time, the final bottom should be made for this round of correction.  During this round of correction if 10182 for Nifty Spot and 24356 is held for Banknifty Spot then b-leg of second corrective will continue to move up again.

Update on the Indexes

As of now no big weakness on technicals. Nifty Spot Targetting 10421 and Banknifty Spot 24940 / 25010. Nifty Spot must hold 10253 and Banknifty Spot 24545.

10332 plus EOD close 24825 plus EOD close keep the uptrend intact. Dow futures showing red flag though so caution needed.

Nifty Spot Likely to give Strong Resistance in the zone 10330-10372. This Zone resistance has a stop loss of 10408 for sellers. Tomorrow Nifty Spot is good if closes above 10228 and preferably above 10292. Banknifty Spot Likely to give Strong Resistance in the zone 24790-24915. Tomorrow Banknifty Spot is good if closes above 24589 and preferably above 24665. Overbought situation and can't rule out some profit booking at weekend.

10090 minus EOD Close in Nifty Spot will be a weakness (10090 - 10100 Strong Gann Support) . Around 10126 is 200 EMA holding it will also be a good sign.
24050 minus EOD close in Banknifty Spot will be a weakness (23950-24100 Very Strong Gann Support). Derivative Data is not confirming a trending move and rather supporting a sidewise move. Charts will have to fit it. The Market knows the best.
