22495-22870 range this leg (c-leg) of fall should stop. Which has perhaps started else we will correct the chart.  23940 must give way and 23644 is significant retracement / Support level.

Prima facie it looks we are in for a range trading between  9400-9700 broad range for sometime with some +/- 0.5% error factor. Charts will fall in line. Unless we break below 9400 convincingly I am not considering anything else.  Watch for 9519 for the weekly closing of Nifty Future!

Nifty spot got support  near 9460 as expected and pulling back from oversold conditions.  The key number is 9516 from now onwards and upside 9610 plus.

Banknifty key number 23244 and 23300 plus on the upside.

It seems we have topped out in the short term and the pattern from 9088.75 or 7398.8 is complete. We will find out soon! Final confirmation of breakdown of b-d line is due which is around 9460  today.  Sell on Rallies now onwards till this downward pattern ends (small confirmation is due though).

Nifty Update

Nifty has to cross 9709.30 within next 4/5 days to confirm that f-leg down was really over else we could still see some retest of the recent lows !!  As of now 9700 is a Tower of resistance. So, we remain cautiously optimistic that the g-leg might have truly started but....!

The b-leg of higher level lag g-leg of the 2nd corrective now in progress.  9604(approx) is the the minimum Target for the bearish ABC formed earlier.  Nifty Spot shouldn't close below 9585.   Banknifty Spot may  end around 23550 (approx).  At the moment it is buy on dips unless proven wrong.
