Hourly Chart of Nifty Spot EOD 30th March, 2017

3-4 days maximum left for e-leg of the diametric to complete.  Sustaining above 9228,  9283 and 9354 around are the next two targets.  Theafter a correction in the form of f-leg should come. Then again g-leg up. Maximum limit of the diametric to complete is around 9560. We already discussed the Major g-leg up of the higher level diametric is getting subdivided into a dimetric itself.   Incidentally a-leg of the higher level diametric was also a diametric!  Chart explains.

If 9133.55 is crossed on the upside then g-leg itself is forming a Diametric. First target of the Gartley is around 8163 and 9183 is the S/L if one shorts there. Above 9183 Carb will be activated for even higher targets.  The e-leg of the last g-leg can even go above high of a-leg(9218.40)  if time permits!

Holding below 9133 the pattern may have negative implication which may get confirmed below  9019.30, where the g-leg would have ended as a contracting triangle.

Till now 9019 could not be broken and we got a bounceback from close to that level.

The first leg of up move from 7896.1 may have completed on Friday at 9133.55 with g-leg of the diametric completing as c-failure flat(Confirmation below 9019). Now unless 8860 is broken on the downside during this corrective leg to the up move another rally will come as the Second leg of the up move thereafter. We have to be cautious for 2/3 days more to see whether this is an x-wave or a larger corrective is unfolding from here.  8934 is a crucial support on the downside. The assumptions are based on the chart price story that is visible now and if the story changes the chart will also change.

31st March, 2015 Top of 9191 has now been violated and is the crucial level to watch out for in next couple of days at this overbought Nifty level.

The last g-leg of the diametric after completion of correction at 7894 in the form of Neutral triangle is going on. g-leg can take 6  - 13 days or more.  There may be a major correction or a minor x-wave correction after completion of g-leg and thereafter another leg to the current rally may emerge. Minimum target of this rally was 9560 with +/- 3% allowed variance. Holding 9000 around may take the rally to much bigger highes in future.
