Difficult to say though market may be basing itself at 7750-7850 for move towards 8000 plus levels next month. Now extracting triangle bet is out. Due to the slow nature of the pullback the current rally can also be the b-leg of the unfinished f-leg or g-leg. FII's are building position in Nifty Future. Resilience in Nifty and Signs of strength Visible. It is possible Nifty bases itself between 7700-7800 Zone for next 3 days, completes f-leg and proceeds with g-leg up for 8000 and above levels in August, 2014. Positive macro and monsoon recovery might have removed / absorbed the negatives.

The current rise is slower than the previous fall as of now hence near 7700 (Which is significant Resistance) caution must be exercised.  Whether one more trip to 7500 is due or not needs to be seen.

Nifty Opened below sell target1(7640.1) which indicated internal weakness and it did almost upto Target4(7583.75).  Now longs will have good resistance at 7640.1 (i.e. Target1 of Sell) i.e. sustaining above it can bring the bulls back.

f-leg is moving well and has crossed the trend-line resistance of 7560-7580. Three bull candles happened. Tomorrow little caution needed.    38-65 points maximum correction  has happened till now, so any fall of 38-65 points have to be bought till bias changes from positive to negative.  F-leg can go anywhere though 7800 is a substantial resistance.   20-22 days cycle is there for the long trends,  this is only 3 day old trend.
