Update on Nifty Spot

Timewise g-leg has matched with a-leg (approximately). Based on other time rules it has more time left to complete! We have to observe tomorrow's price action.

My assumption on the target for g-leg of diametric has been on expectancy of g-leg = a-leg, however diametric g-leg can go above the c-e line as well.  In such case the target for the g-leg comes above 6900. Ideally we have to look at the channel break to conclude completion of g-leg.

Looks like that the rally from 5984.6 (14th Feb, 2014) i.e. the 2nd leg of the corrective is forming as a Bow-tie diametric and we are currently in the g leg of the diametric and ideally it should complete near 6850+/- 10/20 points and thereafter correct. Now if the correction is less than 111.6 points it could be an x-wave after diametric else it could be the b-leg after completion of a-leg of the 2nd corrective. Let's see what comes up. I would say what I have always said - trade the levels, charts can adjust.

Nifty Future Buy call got active near 6801.95 (low for the day was 6801.2) and has made upto target3 (6847). In Pre-market level 6848-6857 had been specified as Stiff Resistance and Sell All Zone, Nifty made a high of 6849.60 in that range only and got sold off towards late hours.

and thereafter it should correct by minimum 169-273 Points plus time correction is also needed.  The moment we cross 6833.80 the assumption is out.

Probably we are in d-leg of the extracting traingle after which the e-leg will again go towards 6800.

The e-leg has to be less than 168.65 points. Preferably between 104 - 135 points.

Mark the down-trending channel and any dip below 6692 Nifty Spot will suggest forthcoming weakness. Making a new higher high without breaking 6692 will deviate the assumptions.

Price behavior as expected. Nifty somewhat paused. Lot of time left for this leg of up-move which is on as long as price holds above 6725.15 Nifty Spot. Last hour selling was heavy, hence friday also there may be some consolidation expected.  Important thing to note that is Nifty closing should not be below 6777.3 tomorrow to keep the uptrend intact and 6725.15 should hold.

It has moved very fast to the first Target (6798) and has almost reached near second target (6833) in 1 days Plus.  Unless it is doing something else some time spending is needed without much of price. Therefore even if Nifty achieves the 2nd target soon it may have to pause a while thereafter.
